Role Summary

As a Virtual Assistant you will receive product orders in a dashboard, verify order details, and arrange for the items to be shipped to the customer's destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review orders from the Amazon seller dashboard.
• Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners to dispatch orders.
• Provide customers with tracking information and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and refunds.
• Escalate issues to the team lead and propose solutions.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior experience supporting Amazon sellers (preferred).
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer or smartphone.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and order fulfillment processes.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to follow processes.

Compensation

Weekly payouts vary by performance and volume. Typical ranges: $1,000 — $5,000 per week.
